Card Couture

Good morning everyone. What a great couple of days we have had here in Melbourne - nice and sunny and warm - even in t-shirts and shorts yesterday. Unfortunately it is a little cooler today and of course my boys are home today so no going outside as we are getting a storm. Lots of grey clouds out there.

Last night I decided to make the Card Couture project that I got from Papertrey Ink a while ago but had no motivation to make it. I was going to put an image on the front of it but just couldn't bring myself to do it. I liked the big flower on the front instead. It is such a perfect little project for recipes, addresses, stamped images. Whatever you like. I made this to put in some of the stamped images I have received from all my lovely blogging friends.

I used the Bo Bunny Recipe DP that I found the other day and just inked the edges of all the card. I must say that this was very fiddly but well worth it. Enjoy your Friday everyone.

Products: Papertrey Ink template; SU Very Vanilla card; Bo Bunny DP; Versafine Vintage Sepia ink; Kaisercraft flowers; Delish Sweet Pearl brad.

Hi Trace
I love it! I've not tried this on yet.
I love your paper. You always find and use the most wonderful paper.
Hope you are well.

Thankyou for just inspiring me to also get the template out and make this. you have done a wonderful job and I can see Y you would not want to add anything else on. The papers u used do not need it. Well Done, Hugs Debra

This looks fantastic Tracey...I really like the front flap shape and how that is repeated inside.

WOW! This is gorgeous Tracey, and so useful too! I agree with you that the flower is the only embellishment needed! Perfection!
