Kellie's sketch reminder

Good morning everyone. I just thought I would post a reminder of Kellie's sketch challenge. The prize is a $10 voucher from Softpencil. I love this sketch and I am sure you do too. Have a go - would love to see what you create.

I must say that I was totally out of my comfort zone when I did this card. It has been such a long time since I did a SU card. I used the Thoroughly Modern DSP from SU US catalogue (not available in Australia). It is the best DSP - so bright. I used my Eastern Blooms and Wow Flowers stamp sets for the images and of course my new US In Colors markers for the flowers and sentiment. Enjoy your day.

Stephanie from Motivet is sponsoring this challenge again so the gorgeous stamps above are what you will win on the challenge. It is pretty simple - follow the sketch below - you don't have to use a Motivet stamp - and upload to Mr Linky on Kellie's blog.

This is a fabulously easy sketch to follow and you can change, alter it to your own liking just as long as the overall design of your card/project reflects the sketch by Kellie. The challenge will run from 14th August AU time and finish Midnight 23rd August. The winner will be announced on Monday the 24th of August when Kellie has decided on the best card. Have fun with it though that is the most important thing.

For the challenge I have used Hilda in Innertube. I think she is just sooooooo devine. I chose my usual bright colours. I just love having bright happy cards. The flowers are by Stampin' Up.

Kellie's Motivet sketch challenge

Anyone want to win some Motivet stamps.....???? Well, if you go to the uber talented Kellie Winnell's blog you will find her first ever (one off) challenge to win some Motivet stamps. Why you ask....?? Kellie has just become a member of the Motivet DT and to celebrate Stephanie from Motivet is giving a little prize but Kellie is trying to make it interesting to see what you come up with.

You need to follow the sketch - you can use any stamp you want - and the best thing ever is you can enter as many times as you want. This challenge ends at Midnight 24th July and winner will be announced on 26th of July.

Okay onto the other challenges I have entered with this card. I have done the Stamp with Stampavie and Pink Elephant challenges - both have a color combo of Blue and Red.And lastly Creative Inspirations with a challenge this week of Stitching - real or faux. Gotta love that. Of course, I had to use this gorgeous Motivet stamp which can be purchased here. This is Sorry Doraline but I thought I would use her for a Miss You card. Hope you like.
