I must say when one of the school mums from my children's school asked if</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I could make a card for her niece who is turning 21 and obsessed with </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Alice in Wonderland I was very excited about the prospects. I scoured the</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
net for Alice images, sayings and all things Alice looking for ideas on what to so.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My first initial thought was to do a silhouette card but decided it wasn't fancy</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
enough. Then I thought vintage Alice with a falling image. Nope. Just didn't look</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
right for a special card like that for a 21st. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I found this gorgeous image on Deviantart. Oh gosh do I love this. It is from Blue </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Undine and it can be found <a href="http://blueundine.deviantart.com/art/Alice-Lineart-324677700">here</a>. Unfortunately I buggered up the Cheshires eyes </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
and they look a bit funny - at least to me they do.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTXrGUQaCJFq-LWWyVud22VcDa5W9kwR_ynV6ZGjXOwKhIy-BI_c0ZP3WSN48rNHVlVabaxpUUhXtlHAxS7qHqCPuoLLOPwOG94FwTNOAx_Lm5B1EBkyO2J4-ms95ZVT5H5a8xjoqIe3QM/s1600/P1030134.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTXrGUQaCJFq-LWWyVud22VcDa5W9kwR_ynV6ZGjXOwKhIy-BI_c0ZP3WSN48rNHVlVabaxpUUhXtlHAxS7qHqCPuoLLOPwOG94FwTNOAx_Lm5B1EBkyO2J4-ms95ZVT5H5a8xjoqIe3QM/s1600/P1030134.JPG" height="313" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I have had the Alice in Wonderland Halloween papers for ages and thought this</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
was the perfect opportunity to use them. I love Alice. If you know me you may know</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
that Alice was one of the very first stamps I commissioned from Christina for Spesch Stamps</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
back in the day. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I distressed inked around the image to make it look a little more vintage</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
than it was. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Enjoy your weekend. </div>

Keeping it simple again.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This stamp is from Mo's Digital Pencil again.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
I love how this turned out. So simple but would be great for someone looking for a job, </div>

finishing University or just an impatient person. </div>

Good morning everyone.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Phew it is going to be a stinker of a day here in Melbourne Victoria Australia. Not </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
good weather for getting your craft on - especially when you have evaporative cooling</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
not reverse cycle. Argh. Nevermind.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The weather aside.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Remember how I said I was going to start making my card very simple...!!??</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well I am still doing it and loving it. Don't get me wrong I love making the gorgeous</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
heavily decorated cards but I wasn't making them quick enough and when you think</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
of the hundreds - yes hundreds - of cards I already have here gathering dust I have to</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
start making them this way. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I love this new image from Mo's Digital Pencil. It is called <a href="http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/tiara/">'Tiara'</a>. She was a delight</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
to colour and on this simple card I think she looks wonderful. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I must remind myself to start writing down the Copics I use. Sorry if you want to know.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

At Christmas time I started sharing cards that I made for a friends sister.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I didn't show you all of them (obviously) so thought I would show you them now.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The first card is using 'Little Elf Mim' from Mo Manning. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I had issues with this one as I put glitter on the bauble and then dimensional </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
magic over the top. Unfortunately it kept lifting when it was attached to the paper. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I had to leave this way as it just was very persistant to come up. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTKnaM9EYx_BAhzpvtHAumlD0M_mdq7qWBwxweJLLnWJzLg1Z3bQJ2ODrL1eRM89R1859-bJOHvHlIXkhUYwIxmYgvaqE_r_iQi5ZednOQ6ILvLIjtFkMHP_314UKpVK66W7HjdoHbO7YD/s1600/P1020933.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTKnaM9EYx_BAhzpvtHAumlD0M_mdq7qWBwxweJLLnWJzLg1Z3bQJ2ODrL1eRM89R1859-bJOHvHlIXkhUYwIxmYgvaqE_r_iQi5ZednOQ6ILvLIjtFkMHP_314UKpVK66W7HjdoHbO7YD/s1600/P1020933.JPG" height="320" width="316" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This next card was made using 'Little Elf Finn'. So cute.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This turned out brilliantly and again had the issue with the lifting </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
but what can you do. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja0IDx4yQIgb9JVfNH5C5i3_wrDunZH1UDwU9tphwfJePZTgu9agXOC6IW1nsfRjeahW4A-daHVxVmqGuXibPrLxu-KC_HVWd5E-17jVwDN4AZz-Tmo2lFwSA0M6A0ODWb6z9yCpouMBZ7/s1600/P1020935.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEja0IDx4yQIgb9JVfNH5C5i3_wrDunZH1UDwU9tphwfJePZTgu9agXOC6IW1nsfRjeahW4A-daHVxVmqGuXibPrLxu-KC_HVWd5E-17jVwDN4AZz-Tmo2lFwSA0M6A0ODWb6z9yCpouMBZ7/s1600/P1020935.JPG" height="313" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
This card was made for my girlfriend using one of the Emo Valentines images</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
from Simply Betty. I thought it was a good one to use for Christmas-</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
coz you know Christmas is all about love and sharing etc. LOL. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
This image was a freebie image from Simply Betty (for a limited time). </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
She coloured up really well and love how the card came together. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Surfing Santa from Spesch Designer Stamps. What else can I say. </div>

for this card. Unless you know the full story it wouldn't make sense to you but too </div>

long to explain. It turned out just the way it should have and the recipient was most</div>

I was a long weekend. Doing...??? Nothing. Argh. I hate not having a lot of money but I guess I should be thankful that we have healthy children, a roof over our heads and food on the table. That is the most important thing. But of course I also have enough play money that I can at least do my crafting. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am a gym junkie....!!!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
There I said it. LOL. And being part of a gym 'family' you get to know a lot of people, especially if you do the challenges that my gym puts on twice a year. In doing one of them over the years I got to know a lovely young lady that got pregnant on her journey. Got married and almost a year later she had her first baby. Of course, I had to make a card for her.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This card was coloured with Prismacolor pencils. I love working with them from time to time. Of course you can't go past my Copics but this is fun to do. I got the image on the internet - in fact I think I found it on Pinterest. It was free. Hoping it is not something I should have paid for. If so please - anyone who may know - let me know and I will take care of it. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
The frilly ribbon has been in my stash for a long time and have been wanting to use it and this card was perfect for it. Finding the beaded ribbon hard to stay down (might have to Dimensional magic it a little to make it stay).</div>

I have no idea what colours were used. Lots of pinks and white. LOL. Enjoy the start of your week. </div>

Feeling accomplished with my card making over the last couple days. I have been working on many projects but this is the first one I finished. Yes I posted the Winona card yesterday before this one but I loved that one a little bit more than this one. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This stamp is called <a href="http://speschstamps.com/item_100/Reindeer-Kid-Digital-Stamp.htm">Reindeer Kid</a> and it another fabulous stamp from Max. I love this one - heck I love all of Max's stamps. This image has been coloured and cut out with a Nestie for a couple years now - yep a couple years. Oops. Just haven't had the drive to put it on a card. Naughty me. At least we have a go on it now LOL. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Again I went for a simple card. This paper is Bo Bunny and I got it - you guessed it - years ago. I actually found there weren't many papers in 2014 that I liked. There was only a couple and I bought them but normally there is too many for me to chose from but not to be last year. Hopefully the scrapbooking paper companies bring out some nice ones this year.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguhy2_Kq2UxPhyphenhyphenzRBGiIUaoSZZRVKentxK5fAL7ZMkw4kKB_rK7CZO6Iu2P6ahMMRPQNRkHMZHB1nQSFFey5SND3jzSYPFqy0k8bXe1yxhZe7xbnwU0PklamYDds9-N2C2Er0LZUUA4xbz/s1600/P1030091.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguhy2_Kq2UxPhyphenhyphenzRBGiIUaoSZZRVKentxK5fAL7ZMkw4kKB_rK7CZO6Iu2P6ahMMRPQNRkHMZHB1nQSFFey5SND3jzSYPFqy0k8bXe1yxhZe7xbnwU0PklamYDds9-N2C2Er0LZUUA4xbz/s1600/P1030091.JPG" height="320" width="239" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I decided to back up all the papers and the images in black. I saw a few and liked a few examples of this style on Pinterest and thought I would give it a go. I think it turned out well. What do you think...??</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLsnj5K687C02L7iKgUnUn6O1PkgfzMic1zAEDCkdL2CQ7mYLiO4lchgHL8bMGMJGzdk6gvYFGS20h32SCTuKKBn3JLpz-rLRtBc5gD-qmyhIZWB7s89g4KiJuYXni0AUGU53KnP6rSA2H/s1600/P1030092.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhLsnj5K687C02L7iKgUnUn6O1PkgfzMic1zAEDCkdL2CQ7mYLiO4lchgHL8bMGMJGzdk6gvYFGS20h32SCTuKKBn3JLpz-rLRtBc5gD-qmyhIZWB7s89g4KiJuYXni0AUGU53KnP6rSA2H/s1600/P1030092.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I seriously can't remember specifically what Copic colours I used but it would be just looking at the images: Skin: E000, 00, 11, 04; Shirt: YG21, 23, 25, 67; Stocking/sleeves: R22, 17, 29; Antlers: E31, 35(??).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Anyway you get the picture. Enjoy your Sunday everyone. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">

I have been wanting to get back in to the card making again and have somewhat but have been finding it hard to sit down and dedicate a lot of time to each of the cards. In the meantime I have been colouring lots of Christmas images - as I don't want to get caught with no Christmas cards at the end of the year like I did last year. Don't get me wrong I loved making the cards I made for a friends sister but in doing so I did not have any time to make my own. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So I am starting early on Christmas cards and just cards in general for throughout the year. Even though I have a few too many cards made up already cardmaking is a passion. It is something you do as you enjoy it not just because you have an occasion that comes up. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The below card was made with my new thinking in mind - that new thinking is simplicity. I am trying to make all my cards a lot more simple. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This image is Winona from my stamp shop - Spesch Designer stamps. She can be found <a href="http://speschstamps.com/item_83/Winona-Digital-Stamp.htm">HERE</a>, along with all the other gorgeous chibi stamps in this line by <a href="http://speschstamps.com/category_4/Stamps-by-Max.htm">Max</a>. Click on Max's name and it will take you to the page on my website that has all of his stamps. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I printed the image on to a A5 size piece of Copic Blending card which you can pick up <a href="http://www.madformarkers.com.au/catalog/index.php?main_page=products_all&zenid=82e67d8dc27cd977ca76c5747cfed700">here</a> at Mad for Markers (along with all your marker needs). Sammi is currently having a wonderful trip overseas right now so be patient she will be back in business soon. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjq6OR-q2jm-5KLgM7AdtJg2OulAV3zqY7B_eFeW7geAXzIOCqQxG99DhrBSAoykpW5znWISVLHVEV9Nm4uTtdTZ3bdjPXJ-W4k48lUuH5GYi-KXhYJsCNYGp_I39Gjfy5U8sxdttbsUkYF/s1600/P1030100.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjq6OR-q2jm-5KLgM7AdtJg2OulAV3zqY7B_eFeW7geAXzIOCqQxG99DhrBSAoykpW5znWISVLHVEV9Nm4uTtdTZ3bdjPXJ-W4k48lUuH5GYi-KXhYJsCNYGp_I39Gjfy5U8sxdttbsUkYF/s1600/P1030100.JPG" height="320" width="232" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
After printing her on to one side of the paper I coloured her like normal but instead of cutting out the whole image to stick, she has just been backed with some purple card. I am quite happy with the way this turned out. The sentiment is something I found free online. I don't recall where I got it from. If you do a search you should be able to pick up a few images in PNG that you can put on your card if you don't have any sentiment stamps. </div>

I am so excited. I found these gorgeous new stamps from Ppinkydolls on Etsy and needed to share one of the cards I made with one of the images. This is Christmas Angel and you can find her <a href="https://www.etsy.com/listing/210345394/instant-download-digital-digi-stampsby?ref=shop_home_active_6">here</a>. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I coloured her in different Christmas colours to normal as I just think she is not a red girl (although have coloured her in red too - to come soon). There are so many different and gorgeous designs by this designer - you need to check them out.</div>

I gave this card to one of my dearest friends - Paula. She loved it. Even said she should have got me to make cards for her - yes you should have ;) LOL.<br />

Hello my lovelies. Another card. So sorry it took so long to pop another card up but feeling very lucky that I can do lots of things in my life - card making is just one of them. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Have started my own 't-shirt' business. I am putting your favourite quotes on shirts. 'Suck It Up Princess'. Beast Mode. You name it we can do it. If you are interested check out Booya Designs on Facebook <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Booya-Designs/834413406578283">here. </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This card was made for my friend Tania again and I used this image from Spesch Designer Stamps - it is called Birthday Present and is available <a href="http://speschstamps.com/item_56/Birthday-Present-Digital-Stamp.htm">here</a>. Thought it would be great to use one of our stamps as a Christmas stamp even though it's original purpose was for Birthday cards. I love how she came up in the christmas colours. </div>

I have been trying to make some cards for a friends sister. I have finally finished all six of them and this card is the second one. I love Christmas colours but with the non traditional christmas papers out there these days I also love changing it up. This paper has the Dark Aqua and light green colours which are starting to become one of my favourites. </div>

With my study - now a qualified Personal Trainer - and doing all my gym stuff I have neglected my card making and am I so glad I have my groove back. I am loving making cards.<br />
<br />
Last weekend I attended and had a stall at my kids School Carnival. I shared the stall with some good girlfriends who make jewellery and candles. Unfortunately I only sold one card but it made me look through my cards and realize that I love doing colouring with Copics and also love making cards.<br />
<br />
With Christmas coming up I was asked to make six cards for a sister of my good girlfriend. This card is the first one I have made for her. It is using the Make it Crafty Socks digital stamp which you can get <a href="http://www.makeitcrafty.com/socks-digi-stamp.html">here</a>.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
I love this stamp. I used it last year for one of my Christmas cards but made him green. Yep - Green. LOL. He looked like a real elf. Was amusing. Anyway....!!!! hahahaha. I love the way he coloured up and this paper is the bomb. I actually purchased it a while ago and don't know what paper it is but that is not an issue.<br />

The 12Week challenge is coming to an end. Woot. But I have been doing well. Food wise I have been sticking to my meal plan and only having the cheats that I am supposed to. Now to carry that lifestyle over to my everyday life when the challenge has ended. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Below are photos that were taken on the 26th October on a night out to dinner for a girlfriend's birthday. Was a great night and was nice to be able to wear a dress and look nice in it. </div>

Food art is the bomb so my first photo is my attempt at making my food as tasty looking as it does actually taste. Who wants to eat unattractive food right...!!! LOL.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Spinach, cucumber, capsicum, homemade guacamole and salmon with herbs. So yummy. Ultra healthy and utterly Paleo. Yep Paleo. It has been an adjustment. No wheat products and no dairy products. As much raw vegetables and salad as you can muster.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisxe2l0oQYwCLa9cNuFBkkVaCKQ8K_rsQi5jBDsNqhBJpu6qM03qxFTYrwn-XXTKkXIFY8V-zT_Jzj5xZNfBoi2Gg_R2ZP4x_T8mdI1ZF8-qkmKMRiQZw9o-3BC7woYGVkkX-MQmVsO8Dq/s1600/1052883_10200866434237355_274400675_o.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisxe2l0oQYwCLa9cNuFBkkVaCKQ8K_rsQi5jBDsNqhBJpu6qM03qxFTYrwn-XXTKkXIFY8V-zT_Jzj5xZNfBoi2Gg_R2ZP4x_T8mdI1ZF8-qkmKMRiQZw9o-3BC7woYGVkkX-MQmVsO8Dq/s320/1052883_10200866434237355_274400675_o.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sweet potato is one of my main sources of carbs. Love making and eating baked sweet potato with Turmeric and cracked pepper. Nice nice nice. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I guess the one thing you have to do also is to have good food prep. The above photo is of my food for a day out and about. Yummo. Nice huh...!!!! </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
My new meal plan rocks and really enjoying it - especially the banana in the morning. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Enjoy your day. Might have to experiment with Paleo recipes and post up. </div>

Even though I posted the other day I thought I would put up a more recent photo. I am not good at taking selfies but I was feeling super awesome on Wednesday when I took this photo so thought I would share. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am 4kgs lighter in this photo compared to last one. Gained lots of muscle and lost about 5% body fat. </div>

Just an update on myself, seeing I haven't written anything here for a while.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I am currently focusing on my health and fitness and that means no yummy food or cards are being made. I have done a 12 week challenge at my local gym and the end result was the photo below. About to embark on another one on the 10th August to get to a much smaller version of me. Still the same just different size. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Hope you hang around. I might get back to the crafting one day but for now it is on the back burner. </div>

Good evening. Has been a while I know. Sorry about that.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
With my fitness at a low and my weight at another high I decided to get my health and fitness in check, thus I have stopped making good but naughty food in the effort to get to a place where I feel more comfortable with myself. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I have however made a card for my eldest boy Tyler for his 8th birthday and of course he didn't even need to be told I made it as soon as he saw it. He loved it and knew I had made so made it even more special to him. I must admit this is an awesome card. I still have that colouring ability baby. Yay....!!!</div>

From my last post I am sure you have realized that I discovered Spaghetti Squash and I needed to use up all the leftover squash before it went bad in the fridge. I found a recipe for Spaghetti Squash here at <a href="http://www.fortmillscliving.com/2013/02/12/recipe-spaghetti-squash-lasagna/">Fort Mill SC Living</a> and thought I would give it a try. Mine however is slightly different so will be posting up the recipe here as well. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

I love my vegies now so had to throw in a fair few as well as the one called for in the original recipe.</div>

<u><b><i>Spagetti Squash Lasagna </i></b>(</u>original by Fort Mill SC)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
serves 6</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
327 cals</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 Medium spaghetti squash, cooked and prepared</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
500g lean beef mince</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 medium carrot, cubed</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/2 zucchini, cubed</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 cup kale, chopped</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
4 mushrooms, sliced</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/2 onion, chopped</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 can tomatoes</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 small tub tomato paste</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/2 cup beef stock</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 clove garlic</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
chili flakes</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
olive oil (I didn't use)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Cheese sauce</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
60g light tasty cheese</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
30g butter</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
2 TBS flour</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
nutmeg - dash</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Preheat oven to 180/350 degrees.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Heat up a frying pan and add Spaghetti squash and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from heat and set aside.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
In same pan add carrot, zucchini, mushroom and onion and cook for 3mins until slightly tender. Add mince and beef stock. Cook until meat browns. Add garlic, tomato paste and canned tomato. Simmer all ingredients for 15-20mins until the liquid has reduced. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
In a saucepan melt butter and add flour 1 tablespoon at a time. Whisk both until smooth. Add milk slowly and whisk until thickened. Add tasty cheese until melted. Throw in your dash of nutmeg. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
In a square baking dish put in 1/3 of the meat sauce and add all of the spaghetti squash. Top the squash with 1/2 your cheese sauce. Add the rest of the meat sauce and the rest of the cheese. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I actually added only 2/3 of the squash and then add 1/3 on top of the bulk of the meat sauce so it was - meat, squash, cheese sauce, meat, squash, cheese sauce. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
OMG this was so yummy. If you wanted to cut down the calorie count don't add the beef mince - it will cut you calories by nearly 150 cals. Enjoy.</div>

Becoming addicted to Pinterest has it's downfalls and it benefits. One of the benefits is that you come across many foods that are healthy that you wouldn't think twice to look at at the Fruit and Veg shop. Well I stumbled across Spaghetti Squash on my surfing and thought I would like to try it. I finally found it at my local F&V shop. It has been sitting there for a week but I finally baked it in the oven (for an hour) and made my dinner with it last night.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
If you know me you know that my favourite food is pasta but with my new lifestyle change I have removed pasta from the menu so finding this has been a godsend.</div>

My favourite pasta sauce is one I created myself trying to have a healthier creamier sauce that didn't make me stack on the weight and this sauce is the bomb - at least for me it is. </div>

I made up one serving for myself and then could only eat half of it. This is a meal to serve two. I will be having the left over for lunch today I think.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Question: What do you get a 90 yr old who requested no presents for her birthday...???</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Nothing. You make something - to eat. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
My husbands Nanna turned 90 yesterday. She is the best Nanna you could wish for. Generous. Sweet. Loving and most of all she loves spending time with her great grandchildren. Because of this I decided she needed to have something nice to eat when she is having a cup of tea or wants a yummy bite. So I made Peanut butter cookies. These are roll out cookies and they taste divine. The second day around they actually don't taste too peanut buttery - they taste like shortbread. At least to me they did. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I also bought some Reese's peanut butter cups and a couple packs of Nutter Butter biscuits. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I surprised her by turning up when she wasn't expecting anyone to come over to visit. She loved it too. I am sure it will take her a while to eat them all but that is okay. She deserves something special for just herself. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
If you are interested in the recipe I got it here - <a href="http://www.createdby-diane.com/2012/01/the-best-peanut-butter-cookie-recipe.html">Created by Diane</a>. My tip is if you do use this recipe for roll out cookies you put he dough in the fridge. I could not roll out the first batch I made - it was too soft. Second batch was easy to cut out. Good luck. </div>

The other day I said to a friend that she should be in the same city as me so she can come and try my Peanut Butter Ice Cream and she reminded me that she has to eat a dairy and gluten free diet. Oops. Totally forgot. So I thought I would look up some recipes for dairy free Ice Cream.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The first one I came across was this one. I don't know who it is by - I just printed it out. I will have to have another look but for now will just put the recipe on here. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is so yummy. I have acquired a taste for coconut milk and this is so creamy - very much like the dairy version. I reckon you should give it a try. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<b><span style="color: #4c1130;">Coconut Caramel Ice Cream</span></b> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<i>Makes about 1 pint - I halved this recipe</i>. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<b>Ingredients</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
2 cans of coconut milk (not lite)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 cup brown sugar</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/2 tsp salt</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
6 egg yolks</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
2 tsps vanilla extract</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<b>Method</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Combine 1 can of coconut milk, brown sugar, and the salt in a saucepan. Set over medium-high heat and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally so that the sugar dissolves. Once boiling, reduce heat slightly and continue to cook until the mixture has darkened and reduced, about 20-30mins. It should be very thick - like - lava resembling caramel.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
While the caramel is reducing, beat the egg yolks in a large, heatproof bowl and set aside.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Add the second can of coconut milk to the coconut caramel and heat, stirring to integrate the caramel. When the mix is very hot, but not boiling, temper the egg yolks: slowly whisk 1 cup of the caramel mixture in to the bowl. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Turn the heat to low and pour the tempered yolks back into the pot. Cook, stirring constantly, just until the mixture has thickened, 1-2 mins. Remove from the heat and pour into a heatproof bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract. Cover tightly and refridgerate overnight.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Pour custard mix into your ice cream maker and churn to manufacturers directions. Freeze for 4-6hrs before serving. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I took this out of the freezer at about 4hrs and was very solid mix but melted quickly. So yummy. Enjoy. </div>

My name is Tracey and I have a Peanut Butter addiction.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
There I said it.....!!!!! I can't get enough of the stuff. Yummy is the only word I have for it at the moment.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
So yesterday in my web surfing I decided to look up Homemade Ice Cream recipes as I bought a 'popsicle' molds for icy poles and thought it would be good to have frozen yoghurt in them - made - easy peasy but then I thought of myself. The banana frozen yoghurt is for the kids. So I looked up......you guessed it - Peanut Butter ice cream. I was feeling lazy and didn't want to wait for the ice cream maker to do it's work so looked up recipes that you can throw straight in to the freezer. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Normally with a recipe like this you use full fat whipping cream but hey I wanted to create a lower fat version and I even omitted the butter that the recipe required and guess what - it turned out like normal ice cream so will include it in the recipe but you can leave out if you want to.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxMaennb-wBGBxsXdHvXPoRqs2eGjkVncVQOWeKvSe5vsxoKn0HQi-NQhAhXu9IKw77DCveuOzyH9ZNDMioTKSAkxWR7jDk4vdRP0FsQD_P77z1T7KALVzxTEp3XQghiljnsNEj998GLzH/s1600/P1020212.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxMaennb-wBGBxsXdHvXPoRqs2eGjkVncVQOWeKvSe5vsxoKn0HQi-NQhAhXu9IKw77DCveuOzyH9ZNDMioTKSAkxWR7jDk4vdRP0FsQD_P77z1T7KALVzxTEp3XQghiljnsNEj998GLzH/s320/P1020212.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Here are the ingredients except the Reese's Peanut Butter Chips (OMG </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
they are the bomb). </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="color: #741b47;">Peanut Butter Ice Cream </span></b>- no machine</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<i>Ingredients:</i></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1 can Nestle Reduced Fat Cream</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/2 recipe of <a href="http://booyagirl.blogspot.com.au/2012/12/easy-homemade-sweetened-condensed-milk.html">Homemade Sweetened condensed milk</a> with Natvia </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/4 cup Peanut butter</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
1/4 cup Peanut butter chips - optional</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
3 Tbs butter, melted</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Whip the cream with a teaspoon of Natvia (just for taste). Whisk/mix together sweetened condensed milk, butter and peanut butter in a large bowl. Stir in the peanut butter chips. Mix cream mix and peanut butter mix together. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Pour into a container and cover. Freeze for 5-6hrs or until you liking. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
If you want the full fat cream version have 1 cup heavy cream and whip it. Fold the peanut butter mix with the whipped cream. The can of reduced fat cream does not whip like normal cream. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

I made this cheesecake a while ago. I bought the Hershey's Choc Toffee Bits from the US a while ago too and decided to make a cheesecake with it. Was so so so yummy. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
I know, I know, I shouldn't be eating it and to tell you the truth it was so long ago that I can't even remember when it was. But it was a hit with me and my middle child. Old fashioned toffee bits are awesome. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
So here is a super duper 'sugary' but so so so yummy cheesecake. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Next time I will have to try it with some Natvia. What do you think....???</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZmBkKhrTY9dALIT9UupZTcng3EbjJRimd8xYUsLCBgVTdGkCoDn8VR9hAJeRKFGOJTB4iKaH0jYt6SuRwK7v_8HF7gganMa7xRcuNtIyEaLT6lMyJ3Z0YxrY06jWTUExA75XZTn2oKPTF/s1600/Heathcheesecake.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="239" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZmBkKhrTY9dALIT9UupZTcng3EbjJRimd8xYUsLCBgVTdGkCoDn8VR9hAJeRKFGOJTB4iKaH0jYt6SuRwK7v_8HF7gganMa7xRcuNtIyEaLT6lMyJ3Z0YxrY06jWTUExA75XZTn2oKPTF/s320/Heathcheesecake.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
I only made a third of this recipe from the <a href="https://www.hersheys.com/recipes/recipe-details.aspx?id=5339&name=Toffee-Bits-Cheesecake">Hershey's site.</a> If you get a chance to buy the Toffee Bits buy them. They rock. Mine are the chocolate ones but it still tastes yummo. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
By the way - I used Digestive biscuits as my base. See ya.</div>
