Lollipops

Good morning everyone.

It is Wednesday so I have a card for you for The Lollipop Ladies Challenge.

This week we have to use the photo of those yummy

lollipops (above). The added extra is to use Acetate on your creation.

I thought I would use 60's Tilda from Magnolia as she has that scrummy

lollipop. And of course I used some acetate as my base for my card.

This is the back of the card. Sorry it is a bit blurry but the flash kept

reflecting off the acetate so turned it off. The personalized stamp

is a digital stamp from Motivet. I don't know if they

still have them available but I bought three of them. Yay LOL.

Now I must apologize for my lack of comments on the entries

in to The Lollipop Ladies challenges. I just always forget

that I have to go and comment on all the gorgeousness. I will

try and make more of an effort.

For the challenge I have used Hilda in Innertube. I think she is just sooooooo devine. I chose my usual bright colours. I just love having bright happy cards. The flowers are by Stampin' Up.

Delicious Divas #1

Woo hoo. Delicious Divas has begun and challenge #1 is this fabulous sketch by Kristy. How awesome is this....???? I must say I was very excited that Kellie and Kristy started this fabbo challenge blog that runs every fortnight. Next challenge will be a colour challenge. Woo hoo. I love colour challenges. Getting off track. LOL. I must say that I am probably so happy as I won the follower candy that they offered for the launch. Hehehe. Extra extra happy. LOL.

Didn't think I would get a card done today as I had a severe lack of motivation but as soon as I found the perfect papers it just flowed. You see my baby boy cat Zach peed all over our front room - including the couch and we thought there was something wrong so down to the vet this arvo to find he did have a UTI which is what we thought so he is now locked away in the laundry where he can't smell up the house even more. Poor thing. Even after a cortisone shot and some antibiotics he is still not himself. Wants lots of cuddles which we can't give him at the moment. Hopefully he will be back to normal tomorrow.

Mojo Monday with Stamp with Fun

I made this card with the sketch from Mojo Monday. Another great sketch this week. I combined it with Stamp with Fun with a challenge of Pearls. Easy peasy. LOL. I must admit that I am not overly happy with this card as I rushed it to get it finished but it will do. LOL. Hope you like.

Friday Sketchers 62

Gosh it took me a while but I got there. I finally got a card done for Friday Sketchers. As always they have a brilliant sketch to follow and the DT have got some beautiful cards for inspiration. I must admit that I have a real soft spot for Doraline from Motivet. She is just devine - and they have some new characters like Horus and Hilda too. I just love them all. LOL. Hope you like.

Looking at the sketch I forgot one of the elements but I suppose it is your own interpretation of the sketch that matters. I love this image - Doraline with candycane. She is just devine. Combined challenge

Morning all. Hope we are all well. Got lots of challenges in this one card. First of all, I followed this great sketch from Sketch Saturday, Paper Blooms and Lili of the Valley both with challenges of Animals this week, Dutch Dare Card Challenge with a challenge of using Die cuts and/or punches - so I have used my circle punches & Retro flower punch, Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge of Spots and Stripes and last but not least Pile it On which has a challenge of Mostly Orange. So here is my gorgeous Doraline once again. Ain't she just devine.

Now everyone don't forget Kellie's Motivet sketch challenge. It is a fabulous sketch and you can win yourself one of these or even more Motivet stamps.
