Strawberry Delight

Hey everyone. It is Thursday so it is my Mad for Markers day. Currently we have a challenge of colouring white. I love this challenge as you can still do lots and lots of different 'whites'. The first has to be the way I did it - C3, C1, C0 and blender pen. Another way to do 'white' is to grab your E31 pen and go around the outside of the white area and with your blender pen blend inwards. This will give you a more vintage look. There is also the B markers. You can do clouds with B0000 and B000 to give a cool look. So the varieties are endless. Why don't you give it a try.

Copics used:
Skin: E000, 00, 21
Strawberries: RV25, 27 (my own mix), RV29
Hair: E35, 39, 29
Grass/Green: Yg23, G24, 26, 28
Other: BG0000, BG000
Dress: C3, C1, C0, 0 blender.

The DP I used is from MME, the lace doilie is from Chantelle at her Etsy shop Simply cards and Creative Bits. The image is a new one from Mo Manning.

Have a good one.

It is hard to believe that anything mbt shoes sale so inherently ugly as the MBT shoe could ever catch on mbt sandals with either the younger generation or the fitness fanatics but it has. mbt discount shoes The shoes or I suppose they should be called trainers have thick curved soles and wide straps across the front. Currently mbt shoes review the are available in over 20 countries and have sold more than a million pairs a year. Considering that they have a price tag of around $200 it is even mbt shoes best prices more remarkable.

MBT shoes, which stand for Masai mbt shoes sale Barefoot Technology were invented by Karl Muller a Swiss engineer. He mbt discount shoes suffered back and knee problems but on a trip to Korea he noticed shoe for worked that after walking barefoot through paddy fields the symptoms were relieved. With further mbt shoes sale research he discovered that the Masai tribesmen from Kenya did not suffer back problems MBT and had perfect posture. Putting these two facts together he decided that mbt sneakers the answer was because they were walking on soft surfaces shoe for worked which yielded as they trod on them. This mbt shoes best prices was unlike in Europe and America where we tend to walk on firm surfaces such as sidewalks.

The first MBT was manufactured in 1996 and soon mbt sandals became popular on continental Europe. Since then many celebrities have mbt shoes sale been seen sporting MBTs. The concept basically is that the mbt sneakers curved sole creates instability as you walk, which mbt shoes sale mimics the effect of walking barefoot. To counteract this the foot uses muscle to counter this buy mbt shoes and creates a natural body training effect.

As to the question of whether they MBT are worth the money I suppose this has to be a personal judgement. If discount mbt shoes you spend long periods of time on your feet then you may MBT shoes benefit from them. However, if you are someone mbt sneakers who just goes for gentle walks to keep fit then perhaps a mbt shoes review good pair of conventional trainers at MBT half the price will be fine.
