Be Creative

Morning all. It is Thursday so it is Softpencil day. This week we were given 'Simon thinking of Santa' who was designed by Elizabeth's talented sister Natalia. Very cute. Our design element this week was to 'Be creative' so I decided to make gift tags - these are absolutely perfect for them.

I loaded the images up in Gimp and added the text. Think it looks great. Punched out some snowflakes and sprayed with the Glimmermist and then a dot of Kindyglitz in the middle. Excellent - now I have 3 tags - one for each of my children. Ace. LOL.

Products: Softpencil digital stamp; BasicGrey DP; Carl punch; Glimmermist; kindyglitz; SU ribbon.

These are turned out so wonderful. So funny you should mention Gimp...I downloaded that onto our laptop and haven't had time to have a play with it. My 15yo son came out yesterday morning saying" Mum you should see this program it is"As Good As". That was the Gimp program so he can show me how to use it.
