Precious Moments

Morning everyone. Gosh I just feel so exhausted. Ahhhhh. I tell you what - trying to organize your own website and make sure it is running properly is very tiring. I will get there and hoping you will join me in celebrating the opening of the store.

Okay on to more fun stuff. Recently I bought these Precious Moments stamps on Ebay. I was wrapped. They are a little smaller than what I was expecting but they are perfect for these sketches as you can fit them on without missing out on having a person (hope that makes sense).

As you can see I used the sketch from Mojo Monday and also made it for PaperPlay Challenges with a Pastel theme this week. I am totally and utterly wrapped with the way this turned out. Hope you like.

Mad for Markers Colour Challenge - Monochrome

Hey everyone. It is Thursday so you know what that means. It is time to show you a creation I made for Mad for Markers. Now technically I didn't need to make a monochromatic card but I wanted to. I just hope I can make another for next week when it is my turn to post on the M4M blog. LOL.

I love doing the Sweet Pea stamps for my M4M posts - they can have so so so many colours and designs. I made this card with the Stamp with Fun sketch. I loved it so had to do something with it. LOL. Enjoy your day everyone.

Wow it is Sunday already. Good thing we have a long weekend here in Australia due to Anzac Day tomorrow. The weekends just don't seem to be long enough anymore.

I needed to make a birthday card for one of my oldest friends Paula so thought I would use Penny from Spesch Stamps. I made this card with the sketch from Friday Sketchers and I am also putting it in the Dare you to Digi Stamp Friday challenge of 'Flowers' - Flower DP and a flower on the image. Perfect.

Good morning everyone. Hope you are all well. I am fantastic. I have my parents here from this afternoon until Monday and I have had instructions that I am not allowed to get on the computer during the day while they are here. Obviously I am on the computer too much when they are here. LOL. Oooopppppssss.....!!!!! Hahahaha

Spesch Stamps has a new release today. This is our new Mothers Day image. I didn't give the DT girls much notice about making a card for the release today but they certainly are motivated and just plain gorgeous as most of them were able to whip something up within a day. I thought I had better get this out there as it is Mothers Day here in Australia next weekend. Eeekkk....!!! Wonder what my kids are going to get me. LOL. Getting to know you through your favourite book

Good evening everyone. Why such a late post.....???? This fortnight over at Stampin' for the Weekend - Spesch Stamps is sponsoring the challenge - three digital stamps of your choice and what a great challenge it is. Another Sweet Pea creation

Good morning Copic lovers. Hope we are all well. This morning for Mad for Marker I though I would use one of my new Sweet Pea stamps. I love these stamps as you can use the most beautiful and different colours and they always look so amazing.

I thought I would try something a little different with this stamp and I coloured the darker colours on the outside and the lighter ones in the middle. I think it turned out really well. I also 'tried' to do some feathering. Unfortunately you can't really see what I have done on her sleeves but I did it on the wings as well. What do you all think.....??? Isn't she just beautiful.....?????

My friend Abby

Hey everyone. Hope we are all well. Just thought I would show you a card I finally made with one of my stamps from Spesch Stamps. I loved drawing this image and want to do so much more but struggling at the moment to get other things done so I have to rely on my fabulous DT. But this turned out just how I pictured it. LOL. What do you think of Miss Abby......???? I love her.

Spesch Stamps news ---- Bonnie is well on her way and I have two other stamps that are available in Clear Polymer coming too but wanted to release them and my site all at the same time. We have limited numbers but if popular we will be getting a lot more made.

Who is sad that the weekend is over....??? *puts hand up* It goes too quickly. I suppose I should be thankful that I don't have to trudge off to work and make an honest dollar - instead I am sitting at home spending money on crafting stuff. LOL. Okay enough babbling. Hehehe.

I mentioned last week that Bonnie was going to made in to clear stamps. Well I got some samples and I was absolutely rapt with the quality of them. This is one of the clear stamps. I went in to my LSS and asked them if they would sell the Spesch Stamps for me on consignment. They said "Yes" so I am absolutely rapt that the stamps will be out in the big wide world other than blogland lol. So they asked me to make a few sample cards with the stamps - as it would probably help them sell better. So I bought some of their Papermania Paper packs and made this gorgeous birthday card. I loved how she turned out. Everything on this card can be purchased from the LSS that I will be giving the stamps to to sell.

Masking

Good morning everyone. Hope we are all having a wonderful weekend. Today is Sunday so means it is Magnolia Down Under Challenge time. This week for Group 2 we have a 'Masking' challenge for you all. I thought I would use my Edwin stamp from the Raising the Ceiling range as he hasn't seen much ink lately and the bench is also Magnolia - but for the life of me can't remember what range. Soz. LOL. The sentiment is from ATS and the gorgeous papers are from the Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety range. Please come and join in the fun at MDUC. The other girls have done an inspirational job with their cards.

Sending you a note

This morning I thought I would show you a card I made just for the hell of it. LOL. It is sometimes hard to remember that we all do this for the fun of it so when I got this and another Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp from Tickled Pink Stamps I thought I would make a card. This is Marie Antoinette. I just love that big skirt. As I used ribbons and a bow on this card it actually fits in the Stampin' for the Weekend challenge this fortnight.

This card measure 5"x5.5". I made this card to fit in to a little box I found at my local Haberdashery/craft shop and wanted to give it a go of decorating it. I am hoping I can get that done and post on here very soon. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Congratulations Big Sister

This is my sister and her new fiance John. This photo was taken a while ago but when my sister told me she was getting married in July I thought I would get Christina to design a stamp based on this photo of my sister and her beau. She did an absolutely beautiful job. I sent this to my sister last week and she received it at the end of the week. Hahaha unfortunately I made the release day today. I have been itching to show you all this fabulous image. Now - one question.....!!!!! Have any of you seen an engaged image before. I don't think so....???? Stay tuned as we will be havindg more released soon.

Love Bites

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all well. I am fantastic - still got the headaches but managing. I think it really is just a combination of home life, trying to run a new business and having everything happen at once. I will get there I am sure.

Just thought I would show you a card I made a little while ago with the Bella and Edward digital stamp by Spesch Stamps. I love this image and I got it designed by Sarah more for the fact that I love Twilight - not necessarily to make many sales from it. The Love Bites sentiment is from Artful Inkables. From their Twilight series of stamps. When I saw them for the first time I had to buy them. LOL. Hope we all have a great Sunday.

Hey sweet ladies. I just thought I would pop on quickly and say hello. This is a picture of my sweet girl Ashley. She is the best thing that has happened to me. She is my delight. She is also definately a mummy's girl.

I have been suffering from headaches and not feeling well for the last month so have had a lack of motivation. I think it may be time to get my neck (where the pain is coming from) checked out by the GP. Hopefully something can be fixed. Other than that things have been extremely busy with Spesch Stamps and all. I have decided to step down from Anya Ink as my heart just isn't in it at the moment. Hope you all understand. LOL. I am getting a website organised for Spesch Stamps also and am trying to get Clear Polymer Stamps organized as well. Lots of things are happening at once. I think I need to chill for a little bit. LOL. Have a good Friday everyone. I will be back some time over the weekend.
