Spesch Release Day

Good morning peeps. Sorry for the lateness of my post - I had school testing for my son who just started prep and it took forever. No matter.

Today we have a new release for Spesch Stamps. We have some super cute stamps for you from Jessica once again. Today I am showing you Butterfly Girl and Cosmic Girl.

Friday Sketch Challenge #10 & Sneak Peek

Yep I am back with a new sketch for Friday Sketch Challenge and also a sneak peek of one of the stamps that will be for sale at Spesch Stamps on the 8th of Feb. Our fabulous Genevieve has come up with another amazing sketch for us this week. She is on a roll and she should be super proud of herself. What an awesome day we are having here today - at least we are supposed to. The sun is shining and it is nice and warm. What everyone wants when it is Summer. The best part is - my boys started their first day of school yesterday (for the year) - my youngest son started Prep and my big boy is in Grade 1. So proud of my boys. My little Miss is off to Kinder this year. I won't know what to do with myself with three mornings a week. Yay....!!! I am kinda excited. Can't you tell LOL.

Have we all got our Valentine's cards done. I have only done a couple - I only need to give one out to my darling hubby. I try and make love cards so you can give to friends as well.

Today being a Friday means it is my Mad for Markers day. I used 'In Stitches Tia' stamp - she is available as a set here. She is great to colour. Have a wonderful day - and weekend.

I made a big boo boo in my hurry to make a card for the latest Friday Sketch Challenge. I made a card for this sketch which was actually our last sketch. I was so disappointed with myself - I was saying a lot of 'Dohs" in my house LOL. No matter. I made this card using our last sketch. I'm back at M4M

Hello hello everyone. What a wonderful break I had and I am back over at Mad for Markers - yep and my days have changed. I am now a Friday girl - woot.

I thought I would start this year off with an age old question. What skin tone colours do you use...?? Some people like using the light and other the dark. I kind of like the in between colours but from time to time I will do the others. I have coloured three images for you today to show you the differences in the skin. The colours used are under the image. Please click on the photo to see a larger view.

As you can see from left to right the change in tones. The middle one is the one I typically use but will from time to time do the E00 as the base colour. It is always a personal preference for anyone and sometimes you may not have the colours I have used in any of the three. What do you all think...?? What is your preference...?? Let us know.
