Horus in Bright

Morning everyone. Just a quick one as I wanted to get this in to the Sketch Saturday challenge this week before it closed. This is the gorgeous Horus roasting Marshmellows by The Stamping Bazaar. I really do love this stamp. His is very very cute. I had to do him nice and bright. I saw this DP and thought it was perfect for him. So here it is.

Ahhh it is Saturday - finally. Of course my hubby has a sleep in this morning but I have mine tomorrow. Am so looking forward to that very much. Been working on lots of DT work and can't wait to show you all. Have a good one.

Spots and Stripes

Good evening everyone. TGIF. The week has been a quiet and lazy one for me, although I have been creating up a storm but you guessed it - most of it I can't show you just yet. LOL. Tonight however I can show you my DT card for Stamp Something Challenges of 'Spots and Stripes'. I used the sketch from The Sweet Stop challenge blog and I used a super funky stamp from

Simply Betty Stamps. This handsome boy is Miller and don't you just love his pet lizard. So cheeky and I find it exceedingly hard to make boy cards as I just want to add flowers or lots of embellishments but feel I need to KISS. So here it is in it's simplest form LOL. Hope you like. My sisters Wedding album

Bonnie in Pink

Morning sweet Copic lovers. Hope you are all well. And what a glorious Thursday it is today. Lots of shopping for me and I got some much needed Copics in the mail so am so so so happy LOL.

I thought I would carry on the Pink theme with my card today. I love this pink combination, especially on this gorgeous stamp by Spesch Stamps that was released yesterday. I love this DP also. It is called Jack 'n Jill by Prima Marketing and the colours are just perfect for this image and all the other Bonnie images LOL. Enjoy your day everyone.

Magnolia Easel Card

Hey peeps. Hope you are all well. I think my Mojo has taken vacation so thought I would show you an easel card that I made ages ago for Magnolia Down Under Challenges just before I retired. I didn't get a chance to show you all so seeing I haven't got anything for you to look at here it is. LOL.

I think I am coming down with the flu like all others have around here. I am hoping if it is coming that it comes this week. I have a girls night out with some of my good friends on the 18th of this month so need to be well by then.

Cute Somethings

Good evening everyone. Ahhh it is the weekend....!!! Can you hear the excitement....??? LOL. I can and am looking forward to a wonderful weekend - especially Sunday which is Fathers Day here in Australia. Don't know about the rest of the world though. Anyway.

Tonight I have this cute to boot card for Stamp Something Challenges. The challenge this week is to make 'Cute Somethings'. Our fabulous sponsor this week is Bugaboo Stamps. Oh I love their stamps and so much so that every time I go to their site I can never decide what to pick. LOL. It has seriously been a long week. I had DH home on Monday and Tuesday with the flu. Poor thing was very unwell but he was a gem last weekend and looked after the kids when I wasn't here even though he had the flu. So he is on his third lot of Antibiotics in about 6wks. They just don't seem to be doing much. oh well he is definately on the mend now. I have been suffering (again) from bad headaches. It is kinda depressing really. It is getting me down and I need to get my A in to gear and get it investigated - rule out anything serious. It is all in my neck. Ahhhh...!!!!! On a good note though - Spesch Stamps are now in another store other than our own site. My local scrapbooking store - Scrappers Warehouse - have some of my stamps for sale. Don't think they will have them online though as they have limited numbers. I do love shopping there although I did control myself when I took the stamps in yesterday. LOL. Okay enough waffle.
