The Pink Elephant #50

It is Saturday. Woot woot. The weekend. We are off to a fifth birthday BBQ at my Besties place. It is her DD's birthday today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLI LEE.

I made this card for The Pink Elephant with this great sketch. Now I must admit that this was a hard one for me - not the sketch but the DP and card. I wanted to use this DP from MME but didn't have any matching DP to go with it. So I just layered up the colours and the DP to give a little dimension. I think it turned out well. I got this fabulous Boho Chic from SCACD last week. It arrived in less than a week which I was impressed with and I love working with them. Thanks Susana.

    Hey, great job, this looks fabulous! I love that DP but it does look tricky to match up. I love that border punch too, so pretty. Have fun at the party, I hope there is fairy bread :) Love the name Charli, that was what I would have named one of my bubs if they were girls, but daddy wanted Charlize, which I love too but the poor thing would spend all her life correcting people when they mispronounce her name... sorry,went off on a bit of a rant there, lol.
